Zebo WatchPrivacy Policy

This policy explains what information Zebo Watch ("Zebo", "we", "us") collects when you use the Zebo Watch Android app and this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email zebo@metrixan.com.
Information we collect
- Account details: if you create an account, your email address, display name and a securely hashed password. You can use the app as a guest without an account.
- Device information: a random installation identifier, device name and model, Android version and app version, used to sign you in and to let you manage your devices.
- Viewing activity: your watch progress, history, My List and settings, so you can continue watching on any of your devices.
- Purchases: the plan you bought, the amount, currency, payment method, status and the payment provider's reference. Payments are handled by the provider (for example Easypaisa, JazzCash or our card processor). We never receive or store your card number, wallet PIN or banking credentials.
- Technical data: IP address and basic request logs, kept to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service and to prevent abuse.
- Support messages: what you send us when you contact support.
How we use information
- To provide the service: playback, syncing your progress and list, downloads and account management.
- To process Premium purchases and keep your subscription status accurate.
- To keep Zebo secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Use.
- To answer support requests and send essential service messages (for example about your account or a purchase).
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers in the app. Free-plan ads are served by Zebo itself and are not personalised using your data.
Video sources
To find and play titles, the app connects directly from your device to third-party video services and content delivery networks. Those services receive your IP address and standard request information, as they would for any web request, and handle it under their own policies. We never send them your Zebo account details.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run Zebo (hosting and payment providers), when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and of Zebo. These providers may only use it to provide their service to us.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active. Purchase records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations. Logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
Your choices and rights
- You can edit your display name, sign out devices and change your password in the app.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete your account and data by emailing zebo@metrixan.com from your account's email address.
- Downloaded videos are stored only on your device and can be deleted at any time from Library → Downloads.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and signed app updates. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
Zebo Watch is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app or on this website.
