These terms apply to your use of the Zebo Watch Android app and this website (together, "Zebo"). By installing or using Zebo you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Zebo.

1. Using Zebo

You may use Zebo for your personal, non-commercial viewing. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission. Install Zebo only from this website (zebo.metrixan.com) or from inside the app; copies from elsewhere may be modified or unsafe.

2. Your account

Keep your password confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity on your account. Each plan allows a set number of signed-in devices, which you can manage in the app.

3. Content

Zebo is a viewing app. Titles are made available from third-party sources, and their availability, quality, languages and subtitles may change or vary by title and over time without notice. Titles, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not record, redistribute or publicly perform content, or use downloads outside the app.

4. Premium plans and payments

• Premium is offered as a monthly (30-day) or yearly (365-day) plan at the price shown in the app at checkout. Your chosen payment method sets the currency: PKR for Easypaisa and JazzCash, USD for card.
• Each purchase is a one-time payment for the period you choose. Plans do not renew automatically; buying again before your plan ends adds the new period to the remaining time.
• Payments are processed by the payment provider you select, under its own terms. Zebo never receives your card or wallet credentials.
• Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable once Premium has been activated. If you were charged in error or your plan did not activate, contact zebo@metrixan.com within 14 days and we will investigate and correct it.
• We may change prices for future purchases. Changes never affect a period you have already paid for.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Zebo: no reverse engineering except as permitted by law, no interfering with or overloading the service, no automated scraping, no sharing of accounts beyond your plan's device limit, and no attempts to bypass Premium features or security.

6. Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop parts of Zebo. App updates are offered in the app and are signed by Zebo. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee that Zebo will always be available or error-free.

7. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Zebo at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Zebo is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to Zebo is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app or on this website. Continuing to use Zebo after changes take effect means you accept them.
